Went to watch Red Cliff yesterday. It was better than I expected so it was indeed a decent to watch movie.

The Good-s:

1. The cast.
OMG! The cast rox!! The actors portraying Guan Yu and Zhang Fei are quite good, especially Guan Yu. The acting is totally outstanding. Nothing to say to that. Takeshi and Tong Leung are pretty good too, even though you can noice that Takeshi voice is probably dub if I'm not wrong( I just not used to dub anymore). I am bias against Zhao Wei though.. hahahah

2. Plot
It is taken from the 3 kingdoms arc. How bad can the story be? Hahaha.. Pretty much actions and enough explaination and details for a person not to get lost in what is happening.



The Bad-s:

Music and BGM isn't too fantastic. Overkill on some of the CG too. Fights get too repetitive at times too.

And lastly this isn't bad but I wasn't expecting this at the end of the movie: "TO BE CONTINUED"

WHAT THE?!?! The movie was good but i wasn't expecting a part 2 then again I shall watch part 2 too! Overall I will say movie is good in terms of plot but if they cut down on the overkilled computer graphics and focus more on plot it might be even better.
