The only appealing thing is it is near my home but in terms of job experience and time wise it isn't quite appealing to me. Got a feeling the agency is out to 'eat' me too... Uninstall Hate. || 4:07 PM || Monday, June 2, 2008 Feeling anime-ish.... Went to latendo today. For those who don't know, it is a anime merchandise shop which apparently.. sells anime figurine. The insane part? It is at kallang which is not very convenient until i realise there is a bus from town when me and sy is leaving from the place so it kind of isn't too bad as it seems. I am not exactly an avid collector but there is something that just caught my eyes....  One Piece Thousand Sunny Ship! Anyway it come in 5 boxes and combined into it so it's kind of cool plus One Piece just rox! It;s my 1st one piece merchandise bought anyway. Most of them are either too ex or just not really the type i like. Anyway this pic is just something i took from webby, I have not found a place to place it therefore I have not open it up yet. (Edited: Finish fixing it on tues, it has more surprises than i thought. ^^ ) Here comes the temptation part... sy out of curiosity bought a 'Bleach Card gum' which ended up in more than 1 pack....  3 cards combined to one. My fav. THE GREAT DESERT BROS!! I was helping to pick the packs to tikum and the extra cards i kind of 'bought' it since it is nice.. hehe... i picked 3/4 out of those packs. Ho~ho~ho~ So the below ones are what I got in the end:  Nell and Masked Ichigo (Getting Nell out of the other 2 more' desert bros' is good enough for me)  Pic A  Pic B Pic A and B are the same cards just that holding them at a different angle display different pics. It was the 1st pack (Inoue) that misleads us thinking every pack is the same ( talk about 1st booster luck, i missed my old days where i picked booster packs =p ) Let's hope i won't visit that place so soon after this visit. Not too traveling and wallet friendly =/ Uninstall Hate. || 11:25 PM || Sunday, June 1, 2008 YATTA!!! 1st things first... Exams are OVER!!!!!! . . . 11 days ago.. -.- Haha.. I was busy after exams are over(Some procrastination, some admin stuff, some ipod touch tweaks, some games, some food.. yeah you got the basic idea..) Lazy to write most stuff, shall do a picture post.   My current 'mod' ipod touch =) ipod isn't really a very good media player but this itouch basically acts as my current pseudo pda. Kinds of works well with me at the moment. Web browser, pdf/doc reader, ebook reader, games, decent calender, world clock etc etc) I got it for free too.   Makaning at Botak Johns. Last time i check they only got 2 outlets, suddenly they are literally spawning, didn't know there is one at woodlands now. For those who want try, I would only say that it is not as good as what I had for the first time but it's still all right. (They have a 'U crazy what' which is basically 3 beef patty, never order that. Not even one patty. 1st pic is the one, kind of taste yucky -.-)  OMG! The quantity that they give.. (Ok fine it's 5 plates combined into 1.) Salmon sashimi, Hamachi(yellowtail) sashimi, Tai (Red snapper) sashimi. Didn't order some of the others, golden rule that I learn: When they don't look delicious, most of the time they probably don't.  Fried Tofu!!! My fav. Ordered 3 plates for myself (I think..)  Just have to order more.... For those that want to eat sushi and sashimi... Go to suki sushi buffet! OMG they allow 1.80 - 4.90 plates. That includes sashimi and softshell crab... As a form of post exam celebration, I drag sis and my cousin to eat. Hohoho.... I went to check out some jap names to see what are the ones i didn't try. Hokkigai (surf clams) which I didn't try and don't think i wanna try too. Tuna(maguro) i only tried 1 plate, find it too raw for my taste ( talk about ordering plates and plates of salmon sashimi =P) Guess i will be tempted to visit it again.. Those who wants to go.. jio me too!(not too soon i hope..haha) |
